I'm Really Scared!! I Need Help! Repost?
Okay so im a recovering anorexic and I still somewhat restrict my calories to about 1,500. I run 8 miles four times a week and dance and strength train three times a week. I;m 90 and 5'4. This weekend im having a party. And Im scared, b/c every time I get drunk I binge...BAD..Like epic amounts of food. One time i ate 6 pop-tarts with cool whip on top and 8 doughnuts, and 5 cookies, a bowl of chips, a bowl of cereal, and a bow of candy corn. This happens every time! I dont want to binge this time, is there something i can eat before i start drinking to not make me binge or anything i can do? Dont say not drink this is my party i can drink if i want! I think the reason i binge when i'm drunk is b/c being an ex-anorexic its my fear of eating.
