You sound like a spoiled rotten *****. Usually when there's low speed limits, it's because there are pedestrians, or it's not safe. You were going 20 miles an hour OVER. That's insane. I have NOTHING against smoking marijuana, but don't be stupid and carry it with you in your car. You deserve to be grounded, and have your car taken away. What if you would've wrecked and killed someone?
