How can i fix my flask disk?

i went to a computer shop to print some projects then the owner told me that their computer couldn't read my flask disk..It looks like the drive of my flash disk was deleted.. I tried to format it but my computer can't format it..anyone there who can give me software or something to format my flask disk..tnx
