Is 14 too young to be in rock band?

If you saw a poster saying "Bline- alternative rock concert at 83 northern view drive (a normal house) playing Muse, Bloc Party, Skid row and some originals. Gold coin donation appreciated" would you go. Oh, and also the band is 3 14 year olds!!
