I went into the Ford Store because my battery wasn't charging. I asked for general scheduled maintenance:?

no you didnt get screwed like everyone here thinks.the dealer did everything you asked for.if you are like most people that come into my shop,your not sure when you did your last service.most people never flush their radiator or transmission,so yes they probably needed to be flushed.a battery service consists of more than just checking for power,they will disconnect the battery and clean the terminal ends of all the build up of corrosian.the only thing i see in the list that was not needed was the oil system cleaner.look on the bright side,your car should be in great condition now,with no worrys in the future.everyone here will say you got screwed,but at least you now know your car is ready for you to drive and enjoy.
