How to get rid of a cold fast?

I was around a little girl with a cold yesterday, so I think it's a cold. I have drainage in my throat and my ears feel a little congested. I've been eating vitamin C tablets, drinking orange juice, and taking Zicam today. Any remedies y'all can think of so that I can go to a party in 3 days? PLEEEAZE help!!! 10pts!
