If i do cardio for an hour everyday how many calories am i burning?

If you are looking ot lose weight, Cardio is wonderful, but you also want to decrease excess caloric intake. so if you cut out on fatty meat and foods like confections and soft drinks you will loose a good amount of weight and trim up pretty fast. depending on the amount of cardio and the intensity you could be loosing 200-500 calories. so if you couple that with a good diet without empty calories you will do great, but keep in mind that 8 pounds in 30 days is considered healthy weight loss and anything more than that could be the loss of healthy muscle other than fat. the body prefers muscles with nutrients over fat.
