Will my budgy fret because i took the other budgie out of the cage?

i have a bird room with over 30 birds in budgies, atiels, lovebirds, finches, canary's and a green checked conure i bought 2 baby budgies from a bird auction but im hand taming 1 of them i have managed to get it to step up and sit on my shoulder and my head but every time the other bird chirped the hand tame 1 flew to its cage so i have took the non hand tame one out and put it in my bird room with the other budgies but i am now worried will the tame 1 fret for it although i will be getting the tame 1 out about 4 times a day for 10 Min's for training also now i have trained it to sit on my head and shoulder and finger is there anything i could train it to do oh and also now i have took the other out the tame 1 has stop flying to its cages now and only goes back in when i put it back in
