Will afrin 12 hour nasal spray with vaase conflict with my adderall xr ADHD medicine?

I take adderall xr as my ADHD medicine 20mg. Will afrin effect or conflict with my medicine in any harmful way? I don't wanna die because I took them both. I have a really congested nose and sinus and need instant relief cause it's giving me a headache.
