Fair price for used kia forte?

Guaranteed I had a trade that I got close to $2K for plus $1500 in rebate/incentives, and I put $300 down but I bought a 2011 Kia Forte Ex 5-door brand new for $16329 OTD when all was said and done. Have you tried negotiating a bit more? Dealers have such a huge markup on used cars.
