Does anybody know what renal failure is ? Many dont have a clue .?

This is often known as kidney failure ,does anybody know any details about this or what one goes through when they have this illness ? Do you know if it's hereditary or how some people end up having this ? Do you know what they go through when they have to be treated ? Do you know what the treatment is I'm just curious how many know information on this?
