Baby is gy..ways to relieve?

My son was born 5 weeks early weighing 5 pounds 4 ounces he is 27 days old and now weighs 7 pounds 8 ounces and eats 4 ounces sometimes 3 and a half every 3-4 hours and has been very gy the last few days. Is it the formula doing this? I am calling his doctor tommorrow because it really seems to bother him, he is pooping and farting and burping but seems to always have gas? He is on formula the similac advanced with omega 3&6 ready to use...How can i help relieve his gas?
